Information we collect
When you call, text or email TopKey Locksmith, we collect the details needed to help you: your name, phone number, service address, vehicle information (for automotive work) and a description of the job.
Calls and text messages to our business number may first be answered by an automated virtual assistant that takes down your request and forwards it to a technician. Voicemails you leave are recorded so we can call you back.
How we use it
We use your information only to provide the service you requested, dispatch a technician, contact you about your job, and keep business and tax records. We do not sell personal information.
SMS / text messaging
If you text our business number or give us your mobile number when requesting service, you agree to receive text messages from TopKey Locksmith about your service request — for example a job confirmation, technician arrival updates and follow-up questions. These are conversational and transactional messages, not marketing.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run our phone, messaging and website systems (for example our telephone/SMS carrier and website host). They process data only on our behalf to deliver these services.
Analytics
This website does not use advertising trackers. We may use privacy-friendly analytics to count page visits and call-button clicks; these statistics don’t identify you personally.
